Getting to the Uber zone
Our dedicated pickup and drop off zone for Beyond Wonderland music festival is located in the Big Lots parking lot at 499 W Orange Show Rd in San Bernardino.
Take the Waterman Ave exit off the I-10
Continue north on Waterman Ave
Turn left onto Hospitality Ln
Turn right onto E St
Turn right into the Big Lots parking lot off of E St and W Orange Show Rd
Vehicle Staging Start Time: 11pm
Peak Pickup Times: 12am – 3:30am
On your way to the Uber zone, be aware of the following road closures:
Westbound Orange Show Rd. from Waterman Ave to Arrowhead Ave

Pull into queue lanes as instructed by parking staff
Once you receive a request, text the rider your parking stall number

Lot policies
The Uber zone is an active pickup area reserved for driver-partners who are online for pickups. There is no parking.
By remaining in your vehicle, being ready to move forward, and following signage and traffic personnel instructions while in the Uber zone, you can avoid citations and/or towing that may result from leaving vehicles unattended. Lot policy does not allow loitering or solicitation.
