What is UberSKI?
UberSKI is your answer to stress-free rides to and from the slopes. When you request UberSKI, a vehicle will arrive with either a ski rack or a truck bed so that you, your friends, and all your gear can fit with ease. Only certain vehicles are eligible for UberSKI—you’re sure to get a car that can handle the snow.
Available in many ski towns across the United States, UberSKI lets you skip the crowded parking lots and jam-packed shuttles to spend more time on the mountains you love.
Where is UberSKI available?
This season, UberSKI is available in the following locations:
How much gear can I bring on an UberSKI trip?
UberSKI vehicles are equipped with standard ski racks or a truck bed that can accommodate up to four pairs of skis or two snowboards. Please note that if you have more gear than this, you may need to request multiple vehicles.
We ask that you remain respectful of your driver’s personal vehicle by kicking the snow off of your boots before entering and refraining from trying to fit more people or equipment than is allowed.
How much does UberSKI cost?
With UberSKI, the per-mile and per-minute rates are the same as uberX, however, a flat $8 fee will be added to every trip you request. 100% of this fee is passed along to the driver to help offset the costs of equipment and the extra effort of loading and unloading equipment.
When you request UberSKI in your Uber app, you will be able to see your price before you hit “Request.” The price shown will include the $8 fee.
