Super Bowl LIX at Caesars Superdome

Date/Time: The game is taking place on Sunday 2/9, beginning at 5:30pm local
Dropoffs and Pickups: There will be several designated rideshare zones just a short walk from the stadium, including Duncan Plaza to the north, as well as along O’Keefe Ave, Baronne St, and Carondelet St to the east.
Important: Pickups and Dropoffs are not permitted at Caesars Superdome
Navigation: It’s highly recommended to use Uber’s in-app navigation for the most up-to-date routing for Super Bowl LIX and other area events
Peak Demand: Fans are expected to be looking for rides from 8pm – 11pm
Lot Operations: After receiving a ride request from a designated rideshare zone, you can look for signs with designated zone numbers that you communicate to your rider to help make it easier for them to find you.

Super Bowl LIX Week Events Overview: There are several special events taking place throughout the New Orleans area, between Monday, February 3 and Sunday, February 9. Due to special event requirements, road closures will be in effect along with designated rideshare zones to help provide safe and easy points for pickups and dropoffs near top destinations.

Super Bowl LIX Opening Night at Caesars Superdome

Monday, 2/3
Expected high demand from 7:30pm – 10pm
All pickups and dropoffs will be directed to Duncan Plaza

Super Bowl Experience – Ernest N Morial Convention Center

Wednesday, 2/5/25 – Friday, 2/7/25, from 3pm – 10pm
Saturday, 2/8/25, from 10am – 10pm
Pickups/dropoffs will be directed to:
- The rideshare depot at S. Peters and Calliope St
- Tchoupitoulas St access road at Andrew Higgins Blvd

Safety is a Top Priority:

Smoother trips: Reminder to observe standard traffic laws and follow the directions of parking staff, police officers, and directional signs around special events.
Avoid tickets: Picking up and dropping off riders in restricted areas may result in a citation from law enforcement. Please remember that payment for any citations incurred is the responsibility of the driver.
Safety and community guidelines: Please be sure to stay up to date on all of Uber’s safety features and special tips to help keep yourself and the community safe when driving at big events.
Identity check: It’s helpful to confirm your rider’s name to ensure the right person who requested the trip is in your vehicle.
2-way ratings: Your feedback matters. Low-rated trips are logged, and users may be removed to protect the Uber community.
