As you may have heard, we recently partnered with the Tampa Bay Lightning! We’re excited to offer Bolts fans a better experience at Amalie Arena.
That means the next time you have tickets to a Lightning game, you can leave your keys at home. Uber’s exclusive pickup/drop-off zone is located along Channelside Drive, between Florida Avenue and Morgan Street, which will make riding with Uber to the game even more convenient and reliable.
Pro tip: For the best experience, wait until you’ve arrived at Uber’s pickup/drop-off zone to request a ride. Drivers will be waiting in the zone and ready to accept your request.
To celebrate the partnership, we’re launching #UberAllStar, a program that lets riders nominate Uber drivers who go above and beyond. Starting today, the next time you have a driver who is awesome—for whatever reason—you can nominate them by including the hashtag #UberAllStar in your rating comment.
We’ll select an #UberAllStar driver every month who will win a pair of tickets to an upcoming Tampa Bay Lightning game, as well as an exclusive experience at the game like watching the game from the radio booth or pregame bench, or taking a ride on the Zamboni.
How to nominate:
- When you have a top-notch driver, select Other in the rating box after your ride.
- Share why your driver is awesome and include the hashtag #UberAllStar in your rating comment on the Additional Feedback screen.
- Tap Submit to make your nomination.
- Feel free to nominate any amazing drivers you ride with between now and April!
Go Bolts!
