A loyalty program designed to reward great service with higher earnings¹. Available in more cities starting June 3.

Over the past few months, we piloted changes to the Uber Eats Pro program that rewards top couriers with higher earning opportunities. By accepting more requests, canceling less and providing great service, couriers on Gold or higher statuses earned more than Green couriers.² We are now bringing these changes to more cities starting June 3.³

Frequently Asked Questions
- Where do I check my current status?
When the new experience is live in your market, you can find your current Uber Eats Pro status in the Driver app. Simply go to the Uber Eats Pro hub that can be found in the Menu options to learn about your current status and associated rewards.
- How often does my status reset?
Down Small Your Uber Eats Pro status is dependent on your acceptance rate, cancellation rate, satisfaction rating and the points you accrue monthly. Your status kicks in as soon as you meet the criteria required for each status. You will be downgraded if you fail to meet one or more of each status criteria needed to maintain a status.
- How is my acceptance rate calculated?
Down Small Your acceptance rate is based on how many exclusive delivery requests you have accepted out of the most recent exclusive delivery requests sent directly to you. It’s calculated using what we call the lookback window, which is the 100 most recent requests. Trip Radar requests are excluded. Learn more about acceptance rate here.
- How do I increase my acceptance rate?
Down Small - Accepting more of the exclusive trip requests you receive while online, and going offline when you do not wish to receive any more requests.
- Flat rates are a great opportunity for couriers who are new to delivering with Uber or are in Green status, to increase their acceptance rate. When available, you can sign up to earn a set hourly active rate, plus any tips, during certain times. Find any available flat rates in the Opportunity Center in your app. Learn more about flat rates here.
- Check out the Delivery Heatmap on the homescreen to see areas where higher earnings are expected. Being in popular zones might give you more earning opportunities enabling you to accept more requests.
- How is my cancellation rate calculated?
Down Small Your cancellation rate is determined by how many deliveries you have canceled out of your most recently accepted delivery requests, including Trip Radar requests after you accepted them. It’s calculated from your most recent 100 requests, also known as the lookback window, which is the 100 most recent requests. Learn more about cancellation rate here.
We know that things don’t always go as planned. That’s why we do our best to protect your cancellation rate. For example, if you need to cancel for safety reasons, a merchant is closed, or delivery is picked up by another courier, those occasional cancellations won’t count against your cancellation rate.
- I’m a new courier. When does my status kick in?
Down Small As a new courier, you will automatically start in Green status. As you complete deliveries, your stats will start populating in your Profile hub and Uber Eats Pro hub. Your acceptance rate is calculated after you’ve completed your first 10 exclusive trip requests (driving or delivering)
You may also be enrolled in a limited time Gold trial where you can enjoy the benefits of being a Gold courier, including access to Preferred Deliveries for a week. If you are enrolled in a trial, you will be notified via email and in-app inbox message.
- Why was I automatically switched to Uber Eats Pro from Uber Pro?
Down Small If you received a notice that you were switched from Uber Pro to Uber Eats Pro, this is because you have primarily completed Uber Eats deliveries in the past 3 months. This change will only impact the rewards program you are enrolled in and will not change your ability to complete ride or delivery requests.

¹Higher earnings per hour online of Gold and higher status couriers are due in part to their acceptance rate. Acceptance rates are part of the criteria for status eligibility.
²Gold, Platinum, and Diamond couriers get priority access to higher-paying Uber Eats restaurant deliveries as compared to Green couriers. The determination of higher paying deliveries is based on expected payment as determined at the time the customer places the order (and is inclusive of tip designated by the customer at time order is placed). Priority access is not a guarantee of higher earnings or the amount of delivery requests eligible couriers will receive. Tips are subject to customer discretion and may change post-delivery. Restaurant deliveries made via channels other than Uber Eats (e.g., Uber Direct), flat rate opportunities, and non restaurant deliveries (e.g., grocery orders) are excluded from Preferred Deliveries.
³This program is applicable in select cities (see above for complete list). Uber reserves the right to change or terminate this program at any time.
