How to ride with Uber Moto

1. Request

Open the app and enter your destination in the “Where to?” box. Once you confirm that your pickup and destination addresses are correct, select Uber Moto.

You’ll see your driver partner’s photo and vehicle information, and you can track their arrival on the map.

2. Ride

Before getting into the vehicle, check if it is the same as described in the app.

Your driver partner knows your destination and the quickest way to get there, but you can request a specific route. And don’t forget: always wear a safety helmet.

3. Arrive at your destination

Payment can be made simply and quickly through the app itself, so you can get out of the vehicle as soon as you arrive at your destination.

Rate your driver partner to keep the Uber experience safer and more enjoyable for everyone.

Your safety moves us

  • The use of a helmet is mandatory by law. Have your helmet on already, or ask your driver partner if they have an extra one, before starting an Uber Moto trip.

  • Only get on the motorcycle when the driver partner has both feet on the ground and after you’ve warned them that you’re about to get on.

  • As a passenger, it is suggested that you hold on to the driver partner’s shoulders or the rear handles of the motorcycle with both hands and keep your feet on the support pedals throughout the journey.

  • When cornering, you must follow the driver partner’s movements with your body.

  • For your safety, wear appropriate clothing for the trip (such as closed shoes), do not use your mobile phone, and do not distract the driver partner.
