As an EM, You will lead a dedicated group of engineers in building a best-in-class platform.

ENGINEERING LEADERSHIP:

MULTI-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:

  • Collaborate with product managers, business, and customers to develop a vision and roadmap for the team
  • Collaborate with data scientists and other engineering teams to understand requirements and integrate different ad products into the data and reporting platform

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:

  • Implement thorough OE practices to ensure trust in the data platform. Robust mechanisms to detect issues and recover from failures

  • Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and efficient systems of metrics ingestion, data processing, and data visualization.
  • Promote the culture of continuous improvement, emphasizing code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Multi-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with product managers, business, and customers to develop a vision and roadmap for the team
  • Collaborate with data scientists and other engineering teams to understand requirements and integrate different ad products into the data and reporting platform

Operational Excellence:

  • Implement thorough OE practices to ensure trust in the data platform. Robust mechanisms to detect issues and recover from failures

---- Basic Qualifications ----

  • Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager with a track record of successfully leading teams in developing critical software.
  • Deep understanding of full-stack software development with experience leading both backend and front-end engineers.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to encourage and empower a diverse team.
  • Ability to work with product management and shareholders to drive vision for ads analytics and reporting
  • Validated ability deliver high-quality software products on time and within scope.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

  • Experience in Advertising Technology:
  • Prior experience working in advertising technology with ad servers, Micro-services, Front-end tech stack, Big Data, and Distributed Systems.
