Mid-Market Account Executive, Uber for Business, South Korea
About the Role
Uber for Business is launching in Korea and our Sales Team is positioned to be the growth engine for our business.
Our Sales team plays a key role in effectively presenting the value proposition of the platform to our business customers: Imagine being able to take our consumer products and tailoring those to our corporate clients' needs.
While employee travel contributed heavily to the foundation of our organisation, U4B today offers a diverse array of Business Products from B2B Gift Cards/Vouchers as well as Uber Central.
For that reason we are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals, with a clear passion and resourcefulness for growing strategic partnerships in Korea.
Your Impact in Role
- Drive revenue generation through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new businesses.
- Construct, forecast, and run your sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM.
- Build a sales playbook that will be used to scale globally and train our growing team
- Be able to execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success
- Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Develop positive relationships with key clients that will generate revenue as new features go-to-market
- Wear multiple hats: sales strategy, lead generation, sales rep, and account manager
- Identify prospect needs, understand business drivers behind requests, and explain the Uber value proposition
The Experience You'll Bring
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a SaaS environment
- Korean and English language fluency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
- Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
- Strong use of insights and data-based decision-making to inform the sales process
- Ability problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization
