Senior Client Partner, Uber Advertising - Journey TV
About the Role
Uber Advertising is expanding its JourneyTV network. Our primary goal is to enhance the rider experience and boost driver engagement and earnings through innovative advertising strategies. To achieve this, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Advertising Sales Lead. This role will be responsible for monetizing the Uber JourneyTV network through video advertising sales, sponsorships, and custom executions with our diverse roster of clients.
What You'll Do
- Prospecting and Outreach: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients and partners, including cold calling, emailing, and attending networking events to generate leads.
- Client Meetings and Presentations: Conducting meetings with clients to understand their needs, present advertising solutions, and propose JourneyTV video ad packages.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and pricing with clients, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Subject-Matter-Expert: Serve as a sales specialist and support the broader Uber Ads Sales team in video-specific and JourneyTV pitches
- Collaborating with Internal Teams: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and creative, to develop tailored advertising solutions that meet client needs and align with company goals.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of full-time experience, Large Customer Digital/Video/CTV Advertising Sales
- Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and organizations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and ad solutions development
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber
- Ability to forge relationships with cross-functional teams and partner with other sellers to drive new revenue
- Creative storyteller with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
- Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$127,000 per year - USD$141,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$141,000 per year - USD$157,000 per year.
