Spot Opportunities & Drive Change: Identify new product features, marketing partnerships, and operational improvements. You’ll work with global teams to prioritize and deliver on these opportunities, influencing both local and global initiatives.
What You’ll Need
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). With 5+ years of hands-on experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or category management, particularly with global campaigns.
Analytical Prowess: You thrive on data and use it to make decisions that drive engagement, conversion, and growth. Experience with performance metrics is key.
Communication & Collaboration: You’re a master communicator who can inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You bring people together to achieve big goals in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional Project Management: You can juggle multiple initiatives, meet tight deadlines, and ensure every project is delivered with precision.
Innovation at Your Core: You’re always thinking outside the box, pushing boundaries to create better consumer experiences and drive results.
