Uber One

Uber One is a subscription option which gives you access to benefits such as savings on Uber and Uber Eats.

There are monthly memberships available for $3,990 and annual memberships at $39,990. Uber One also has partnerships with third parties that offer a discounted membership to eligible users.

Uber One members receive a $0 Delivery Fee plus 5% off on eligible orders on restaurants and stores marked with the Uber One icon.

Eligible stores will have a gold Uber One icon underneath their names. $6,990 minimum order to receive $0 Delivery Fee and 5% off from participating restaurant stores applied as a reduction to the Service Fee, and $25,000 minimum on the rest of stores for $0 Delivery Fee.

They’ll also get Uber One credits on eligible rides. Look for the Uber One icon to see where your benefits apply.

Taxes and fees, if applicable, do not apply to order minimums. Membership savings are applied as a reduction to service fees. Other fees and exclusions may apply.

You can purchase an Uber One membership directly in the app.

In the Uber Eats app:

1. Tap “Account” in the lower-right corner.
2. Tap “Uber One” and follow the prompts to enroll.

Subscriptions renew automatically. The subscription fee is non-refundable once charged to you, however, you can cancel and manage your membership at any time in the app.

Note: You must have the latest version of the app to purchase.

You can cancel your membership in the app up to 48 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges.

To cancel your membership in the Uber app:

1. Tap the profile icon.
2. Tap “Uber One.”
3. Scroll and tap “Manage Membership.”
4. Select “End Membership”.

If you are less than 48 hours before your next renewal, please contact support.

If you’re on a free trial of Uber One and cancel your membership, then your membership benefits will end upon cancellation. For all other memberships, you’ll have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
