Uber Comfort
Changes to the eligibility criteria for driver partners in the Comfort category from June 2024
Vehicle Criteria
To be Uber Comfort, vehicles must be on the list of vehicles allowed in the product.
Rating Criteria
All Uber Comfort drivers must maintain a 4.80 rating or above. Driver ratings are based on their most recent 500 rated trips.
Trip Criteria
Have more than 10 trips on the platform with other categories, except Uber Moto and Flash Moto.

- What are the criteria for new driver partners to receive travel requests from Uber Comfort?
New partner drivers must have, in addition to the vehicle included in the list :
-Have more than 10 trips on the platform with other categories except Uber Moto and Flash Moto.
-Have an average user rating of at least 4.80.
- What happens if my average user rating drops below the minimum required to be eligible for Uber Comfort?
You will receive a notice and will have the next 80 rides evaluated by users to bring your rating back to the minimum required for Uber Comfort. If you recover your rating, you will remain eligible to receive requests. If you do not recover your rating, you will not receive further requests for Uber Comfort until you reach the minimum required for the rating of Uber Comfort.
- What do I need to do to receive Uber Comfort ride requests?
Nothing. Partner drivers who meet the requirements for the minimum number of trips accepted, vehicles, and minimum rating average will automatically receive Uber Comfort ride requests.
