Q&A
How can I request a Samsung Galaxy?
Open your Uber app, switch to “GALAXY”, set your delivery location and request. The driver will call you after accepting the request to confirm the delivery, drive to your location and deliver the phone. You will not make a trip with the driver.
Can I order more than one Samsung Galaxy?
Only one Samsung Galaxy S7 edge can be ordered per request.
Why don’t I see any cars when trying to request? / The app says “no cars available”!
