Uber customer care is on hand for anything you need. Whether you want to tell us about your ride or you think you’ve left something behind, we’ve put together a list of Uber contact information for every situation.

Have questions about Uber?
The Uber Help section covers some of the questions most frequently asked of Uber customer service. You can also access the Help section via the app (you’ll find it in the navigation panel to the left). There’s information about signing up, your account and payment options, accessibility and more.
If your question or issue is specifically related to a trip you’ve taken, you can use the Trips section (left) in the navigation panel to contact the support team.

Left something in the car?
Don’t panic! We can’t guarantee that our partner-drivers will have your item, but we can help you to get in touch with your driver through the app or your desktop. Simply go to the Lost Item page and enter your contact number (or a friend’s number if the lost item is your mobile), and someone from the Uber team will call and connect you with your most recent driver. You can arrange to retrieve your item or, if they don’t answer, leave a message describing your item and your contact information.

Unexpected charges on your account?
If there’s a charge on your account that you didn’t expect to see, we first recommend checking your Trip History. It may be that a friend or family member has made a journey on a linked account, or it may be a cancellation fee. If you believe these were errors, you can report them through the app on the Trips and Fare Review. If you can’t identify the cause of the charge, get in touch with our team using the Contact Form and they’ll investigate it for you.
Want to give feedback about your experience?
Uber is all about innovation and the best way for us to make change is to listen to what our audience has to say. Whether you’re a driver or a rider, we’d love to hear about your experiences–and if you’ve had a negative experience, we want to make sure it gets resolved quickly. You can talk to our team on Twitter by tweeting @Uber_Support or @Uber_UAE or by sending us a direct message on Instagram (@Uber_UAE) or Facebook (@Uber.ae).
Want to become an Uber partner-driver?
There are lots of different reasons to become a partner-driver. For some, it’s the flexibility to choose their own hours. For others, it’s a convenient way to make extra cash. Whatever your motivation, you can find out more about becoming an Uber partner-driver by visiting the Driver Requirements page.
Whether you’re applying to join our team or just letting us know about your Uber experiences, we’ll be standing by!
