This Friday, press a button and request UberCHOPPER on demand for your chance to enjoy a joyride in Adelaide!

You and a friend could be sky high, enjoying a chopper ride and breathtaking views of the Torrens, Adelaide Oval and the gorgeous Adelaide city skyline.

How it works

Open the Uber app this Friday, 11:30am to 3pm.
Select the ‘CHOPPER’ option.
If successful, you and a friend will enjoy complimentary uberX transfers to the secret launch location.
Strap yourself in as you take to the sky for a FREE 10 minute joyride!

Pro tips

Demand will be sky high. Increase your odds by getting your friends to request too.
Have a friend who’s new to Uber? Share the code ‘ADLCHOPPER’ and they will receive $20 off their first Uber ride (valid until 30 September).
If you can’t get an UberCHOPPER right away, keep trying! The promotion ends at 3pm.

Small print

The choppers aren’t ours – we wish! These chopper rides will be provided by local providers South Coast Helicopters and Aerotech. They’ll have some fine print for you to sign before you fly.
Your friend will need to be at the same location as you. No extra stops.
The helipad is at a secret location near the Adelaide CBD.
Rides are subject to weather and safety conditions. The pilot has final decision regarding takeoff and landing.
