New pickup and dropoff locations at select Westfield centres

We know that pickups and dropoffs can be tricky. That’s why Uber has partnered with Scentre Group to create dedicated pickup and dropoff locations at Westfield Bondi Junction and Westfield Warringah in New South Wales, and Westfield Whitford City in Western Australia.

Whenever you receive a request from these Westfields, you’ll be sent instructions on how to find the correct pickup or dropoff location. There will also be signage throughout the sites.

After receiving a trip request, as you approach the mall, you’ll receive sms directions to one of two pickup points.

Pickup point 1
Enter the car park near the roundabout on Grafton and Adelaide Streets and follow Uber signs to P5.

Pickup point 2
Head down the ramp from Hollywood Avenue to P3 (Coles Side), Column E.

After receiving a trip request, as you approach the mall, you’ll receive sms directions to one of two pickup points.

Pickup point 1
After turning off Pittwater Road, head towards the car park and continue just to the right of the bus bay near Target.

Pickup point 2
Turn off Old PIttwater Road and follow the signs for the ramp to Valet and Uber.

Pickup point 1
Coming along Whitfords Avenue, turn into the underground car park opposite Dampier Ave and make a U-turn.

Pickup point 2
Turn off Whitfords Ave at the roundabout and head through the car park towards Subway. Follow the signs to the pickup zone.
