Schedule a Ride lets you plan your ride to the airport ahead of time, up to 30 days in advance.

From now until 7 October, we’re offering a guarantee: if you schedule a ride to the airport and get picked up after your scheduled time, we’ll offer you a credit promo—so your next ride is on us, up to the value of $50 (local currency).

It’s easy to schedule a ride

1. Open the Uber app and tap the ‘car-and-clock’ icon.
2. Set your pickup details and get a fare estimate.
3. Confirm your upcoming trip and tap ‘Schedule.’ You’ll be asked to confirm the pickup timeframe for your ride.

This offer applies to rides that have been scheduled at least 3 hours in advance, and is available for trips to the following airports:

Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine)
Brisbane Airport
Gold Coast Airport
Perth Airport
Adelaide Airport
Auckland Airport
Wellington Airport

Trips must be scheduled from an accessible area i.e. at a road/location that a driver-partner would be able to pick up from.
Your destination must be set to one of the qualifying airports at the time of scheduling the ride. If you scheduled a ride to a location other than the airport and want to update your destination to the airport, cancel the original scheduled ride and re-request another ride.
Only applies to UberX trips.
Only applies to rides that have been scheduled at least 3 hours in advance.
Only applies to trips TO the airport (not from the airport).
Only applies to trips to Sydney, Melbourne (Tullamarine), Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Adelaide, Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch airports.
Only applies to rides that don’t arrive within the scheduled time.
Only available to rides taken between August 5 to October 7, 2019 (unless extended).
Only redeemable on trips taken in Australia & New Zealand.
Only 1 trip can be redeemed, up to $50.00 (local currency) in value.
The $50 (local currency) promo will expire on October 21, 2019.
