On Thursday, July 21st, Mississauga will become only the fourth Canadian city to gain access to the new standalone UberEATS app. The app will allow Mississaugans to order from over 75 of the city’s best restaurants, and have them delivered faster than ever before.

Ever since UberEATS launched in Toronto in December of last year, the UberEATS team has been looking for an opportunity to expand coverage into Mississauga, the hometown of many of the GTA’s best restaurants. Starting today, you can order from local favourites like California Sandwiches, Colossus Greek Taverna, The Host Fine Indian Cuisine, Chatime, and many more.

“I grew up in Mississauga, so I’m very familiar with how many great restaurants there are in this city,” says Bowie Cheung, General Manager of UberEATS Canada. “It’s got some of the best ethnic food in the GTA- and I’m super excited to help local restauranteurs deliver that flavour to customers across Mississauga.”
