Operating in 18 countries around the world, with 1200 frequent travelers, some of the main priorities were being able to easily set up and manage different travel programs as well as the integration of AirPlus as an expense management tool. With the help of their dedicated account executive they were able to meet internal requirements, by creating 16 different dashboards. Furthermore, the implementation came with a range of onboarding activities, such as the account setup, CSV employee upload and invites, global internal communication about the partnership through the travel management team, business review meetings as well as monthly invite rounds to non-linked employees and new hires. This way, Horváth was able to achieve a linkage rate of ~50% within the first three months.
