Whether you are interested in finding out which bands are coming to town or looking to score tickets for the big game, you can count on StubHub to make it easy to get the best tickets to the best events. And today, we’re excited to announce that Uber and StubHub are teaming up to make it easier than ever to get the best ride to your event with our new Ride Reminders service.
Ride reminders: the perfect start to an epic event
Now, when you buy tickets on StubHub, you can schedule a ride reminder for the event. Then, on the day of the big event, you’ll be notified when it’s time to get rolling. With just a few taps, you’ll be on your way — no need to enter the address.
“Our integration with Uber takes one of the most frustrating parts of event-going — transportation — and makes the process infinitely easier. This integration marks another step towards StubHub’s vision to become an end-to-end live entertainment service, moving users from discovery to purchasing to planning.”
—Parag Vaish, Head of Mobile at StubHub
Nabbing tickets at the last minute? Tap into your Uber app directly from StubHub and you’ll be able to get a ride within minutes. With the hassle of trip planning out of the way, you can focus on what really matters — getting pumped!
Free ride to your event
Uber wants to help make your next event one to remember. Together with StubHub, we’re offering new riders a free ride (up to $20). Simply check your Orders in the StubHub app and click on the Uber icon to activate your new user discount.
The future of StubHub
For the past 15 years, StubHub has offered a safe, convenient way to buy and sell tickets online. More recently, StubHub has evolved its service to do a lot more for fans — whether it is figuring out what local events are going on (through StubHub Music), helping users get tickets within their budget (through the Price Alerts feature), or offering personalized event recommendations based on understanding your idea of fun.
