Create an account

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play and create your account. All you need is an email address and a cell phone number. You can order ride via the app or an internet browser.

Enter your destination 

Open the app and enter your destination in the “Where do you want to go?” field. Choose your preferred option and confirm the fare and your pick-up location. Uber will then refer your request to licensed rental car companies with professional drivers. The drivers of the partner companies without exception have a passenger transport license and meet all the requirements for commercial passenger transport

Meet your driver 

You can see the arrival time of your driver, which company the driver belongs to, and the vehicle model and license plate number in the Uber app before you start your journey. You can also look at the driver profile to see your driver’s reviews or compliments from other passengers.

Reach your destination 

As soon as you reach your destination, you can simply get out without having to confirm the journey in the app. If you did not select “cash payment” (only available in some cities) when ordering, payment will be made automatically using the means of payment you have saved in the app.

Rate your ride 

Let us and your driver know how the ride was. You can rate your driver and give them a compliment. You can also add a tip in the app.
