Giving more meaning to ‘Thank you’

Riders now have more ways show their appreciation…

We know drivers do a lot to ensure those that ride with them have the best possible experience. When you’re making the effort, it’s nice to know you’re being appreciated, which is why we’ve introduced Compliments. This feature gives riders another chance to tell drivers what they specifically enjoyed about the trip if they rated it five stars.

Riders can choose from 9 Compliment badges, which include options such as Made me Laugh and Clean and Tidy. After they select the badge, they’re given the option to write down exactly why their driver made such a difference.

For this post, we’ve selected some of our favourite comments from riders who tapped the Great Chat badge – meaning they especially enjoyed the conversations they had with their driver.
