Terms & Conditions

Redemption of the Promo Code in the Uber App will entitle the eligible Uber App user to a HK$50 off discount for two (2) eligible Uber Taxi trips. Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.
The Promo Code is valid for Uber Taxi trips only, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Promo Code is only applicable to trips paid by Mastercard as the payment option in the Uber app.
An Uber App user can redeem each Promo Code only once during the Promotion Period.
The Promo Code is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Promo Code is valid from 8 October – 7 November 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
The Promo Code shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period.
The Promo Code shall be valid only when either the start location or end location of the trip is at the Hong Kong International Airport.
This Promo Code is not applicable to any trip option that charges by taximeter.
Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If an Uber App user has entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
The Promo Code must be applied to the Uber wallet before the trip.
Other terms and conditions, including the Uber Terms of Use, may apply to the Mastercard’s cardholder when he/she uses or redeems the Promo Code.
Users may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts or violating these terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and the user account will therefore not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
Any and all questions related to the trip, shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the Promo Code at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding the Promo Code, Uber reserves the right of final decision.
Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited shall hold no liability whatsoever for any disputes arising from and/or associated with a cardholder’s use of Uber Taxi trips.
Uber B.V. and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and to vary or terminate the promotion without prior notice. A cardholder’s use of services provided by Uber B.V. after the update to these Terms and Conditions indicates his/her agreement to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
In the event of disputes with a cardholder on the Promotion, the decision of Uber B.V. and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final and binding.
The promotion is only applicable to cardholders whose eligible Mastercard accounts are determined at the sole discretion of the relevant issuing banks to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant Promotion Period.
Any fraud and/or abuse committed by any person, as determined by Uber B.V. and/or Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited at their sole discretion, in relation to the promotion will result in the forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to participate in the Promotion.
