Terms & Conditions
50% off 5 Uber Taxi trips for new Uber riders
- Redemption of the Promo Code in the Uber App will entitle a new and first time user of the Uber App who does not already have an Uber account a 50% off discount for the first five (5) Uber Taxi trips. The maximum amount to be applied for each eligible trip is capped at HK$50, any excess amount charged for each trip shall be paid by the Uber App user and any shortfall amount will not be deferred..
- The Promo Code is valid for Uber Taxi trips only (excluding UberTaxi Metered trips), subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- An Uber App user can only redeem the Promo Code provided that the user has never taken any Uber trip with his/her account.
- The Promo Code is non-transferable or cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The Promo Code is valid from 28 October 2022 to 30 November 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
- The Promo Code shall be valid in Hong Kong only and when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period.
- Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If an Uber App user has entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
- Other terms and conditions, including the Promotion Terms of Use, may apply.
- Users may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating these terms and conditions and/or Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and the user account will therefore not be eligible for this promotion.
- Any and all questions related to the trip, shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
- Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the Promo Code at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding the Promo Code, Uber reserves the right of final decision.
20% off 1 Uber Taxi trip
- Redemption of the Promo Code in the Uber App will entitle the Uber App user to a 20% off discount for one (1) trip. The maximum amount to be applied for each eligible trip is capped at HK$30, any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. and any shortfall amount will not be deferred.
- The Promo Code is valid for Uber Taxi trips only (excluding Uber Taxi Metered trips), subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
