Terms and conditions: Offer to enjoy up to a maximum of HK$200 off your first Uber trip

During the Promotion Period, new users of the Uber App who have never signed up to any Uber accounts before will be able to enjoy up to a maximum of HK$200 off the first Uber trip (“Offer”) completed during the Promotion Period. Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.
The Offer is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Each eligible user will only be able to enjoy the Offer once and during the promotion period from now until 16 March 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
The promo code of this Offer (the “Promo Code”) will be automatically applied to your account and it may take some time for it to be shown in the accounts, in the “Promotions” section of the “Wallet”.
The Promo Code can only be used by the user who receives this message directly from Uber, and is invalid if transferred, forwarded or screenshot.
This Offer is not applicable to Meter Taxi (Request 15% discount) trips.

Uber does not represent or purport to act on behalf of driver partners, and the application of the offer does not impact the total earning of driver partners who decide to accept a trip through the app. Actual discount will be reflected and applied upon trip completion on your email receipt.
The Promo Code shall be valid only within Hong Kong and when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period.
The Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for your trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
Users can only have one Uber App account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our Terms and Conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and you may not be eligible to enjoy this Offer or other promotion offers.
Other terms and conditions may apply. Uber reserves the right of final decision in relation to any promotion offer.
Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
Uber has the sole right to modify these terms and conditions and to modify, cancel or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user.
If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
