How to check and improve your Uber rider rating

Here you can check your Uber rider rating, which is calculated as an average of all the Uber ratings you’ve received (anonymously) from your drivers, ranking on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.

If you just got your feelings hurt, don’t worry! If you think you have a below average rating for Uber riders, there are plenty of things you can do to up your score, and we’ve put together a list of the most common causes of a low Uber rating, so you know what to avoid.
