Humare liye sabhi driver partner ek samaan hai
Samay ke saath driver kamaai bhi vikasit hui hai. Ho sakta hai ki kuch drivers ki kamaai 3 saal pehle wali rakam se kam ho, lekin humein bharosa hai ki aaj bhi Uber Mumbai mein chalane par hone wali kamaai jyadatar logon ke liye aakarshak hai. Humare liye sabhi driver partner ek samaan hai, aur Uber kissi bhi driver partner varg ke liye koi pakshpatpoorna kaam nahi karta, chahe woh trips ho ya kuch aur.
Sheher ko aage badhaate rehne ke liye driver partner ka sahyog anivarya hai
Uber ka kaam hai shehar ki raftaar ko hamesha chalaate rakhna, aur yeh karne ke liye aap sabhi driver partner ka online rehkar sahyog dena anivarya hai. Uber mein rider cancellation ke liye koi penalty nahi hai
Agar koi customer bhaada cancel karta hai aur aapko 5 min se jyada ho chuka tha, toh driver partner ko cancellation fee diya jaata hai – uberGO par Rs. 60, uberX par Rs.100 aur uberBLACK/XL par Rs.150. Iske chalte humari koshish rehti hai ki aapko customer location tak pohonchne ka kharcha mil jaye, aur aapko aise kisi bhaade cancellation se koi nuksaan na ho.
Uber par ratings spasht dikhti hai aur kam rating ki koi penalty charge nahi hoti hai
Aap ki Uber rating sirf trip ke baad customer ke diye hue rating se banti hai. Apni trip rating, rider ke diye gaye tippani aur apni kamaai se sambandhit poori jaankari aapko apne Uber Partner app mein mil jayegi. Kisi bhi driver partner ko kam rating ke liye penalty nahi hai. Humari koshish hamesha rehti hai ki driver partner ko apni rating aur driving sudharne ki training dete rahe aur unko aage badhne ka protsahan dete rahe.
Humein aap sabhi ki chintaon ka khayal hai, aur poori koshish kar rahe hai ki aapki madat karte rahe. Kisi bhi galat dhaarna ko kam karne ke liye hum apne sanchaar ko behtar karne ka kaam karte rahenge. Aapke aur hamaare iss saath ko majboot rakhne ke liye hum hamesha pratibaddh hain.

For the last three years, we have been moving the city we call home – Aamchi Mumbai. We have built this business from the ground up by standing together through rain or sunshine and we are incredibly proud of our journey.
Over the last few weeks, there has been a lot of discussion about driving with Uber, specifically driver earnings, incentives and our commitment to you. We don’t want you to have any doubts about where we stand when it comes to driver partners, so here are our straights answers to the most frequently asked questions from Partners —
- Driver earnings have evolved over time and while some drivers do earn less than three years ago, we believe driver earnings in Mumbai continue to remain attractive for the majority. All driver partners are treated equally at Uber and there is no preferential allocation of rides to any driver partners.
- Uber can’t serve riders or cities the way we want to without drivers, so we need to ensure at all times the Uber app is the most rewarding option for you to choose. Currently, 80% of drivers who are online for more than six hours a day make up to ₹2,500 net, after Uber’s service fee.
- We also need to consider affordable prices for riders that allow the service to grow, so we’re always striving to strike the right balance – it’s why we increased consumer prices from Rs.1/min to Rs.1.5/min on UberGo and uberX and additional fares for long distance trips.
- While earnings vary by individual drivers depending on when, where and how much or little they choose to drive – by prioritising to drive during peak demand periods when incentives, and by extension earning potential are highest; driving the entire city instead of certain areas and accepting all, or close to all incoming ride requests — drivers can maximise their earning potential.
- Uber does not have any deductions for rider cancellations. If a Rider cancels a trip after five minutes, Partners are entitled to a cancellation charge of Rs.60 for UberGO bookings, Rs.100 for UberX and Rs.150 for UberBLACK/XL. This ensures that your dry run is covered, and you don’t lose out on fare earnings due to rider cancellations.
- Ratings are transparent. Directly from the Uber Partner app you can check trip ratings, rider comments and keep track of their earnings. We don’t do any deductions on the basis of ratings, and we ensure non-performing Partners are thoroughly re-trained.
