Here’s how to raise issues related to your trip experience using the Uber mobile application or website.
In case your issue is specific to the below, please follow the step by step process to raise your concern.
Steps for raising a contact via mobile phone application
- Tap on your profile on the screen and go to Help.
- If you want to update the driver rating, please tap on the Change star rating box.
- Tap on the Help with a trip option.
- Tap on the concerned trip under the Choose a trip section.
- In the Trip details section, scroll and tap on the Provide Driver Feedback option.
- Select the issue you want to raise from the pre-populated options. You can also tap More options for the list of other issues.
Steps for raising a contact via web application
- Go to this link and tap on Help on the top right of the screen.
- Click on Help with a trip if you’ve issues related to a specific trip.
- For issues related to your account, please click on Help with a trip.
- Select the concerned trip.
- Select the issue you want to report from the list of issues.
Driver Feedback
- Tap on your profile on the screen and go to Help.
- Scroll down to All Topics.
- Select Help with a trip to report an issue related to a trip and select the trip.
- Select Provide Driver Feedback if you want to report feedback about the driver or change the rating.
- Select the issue you want to raise from the pre-populated options.
Cancellation Review
- Tap on your profile on the screen and go to Help.
- Scroll down to All Topics.
- Select Help with a trip to report an issue related to a trip.
- Select the cancelled trip you have a concern to report on.
- Select Get Trip Help to review your issues related to cancellation.
- Select Review my cancellation fee.
- Select the issue you want to raise from the pre-populated options.
Fare Review
- Tap on your profile on the screen and go to Help.
- Scroll down to All Topics.
- Select Help with a trip to report an issue related to a trip.
- Select the trip you have a concern to report on.
- Select Get Trip Help.
- Select My fare was too high.
- Select the issue you want to raise from the pre-populated options.
Pick-Up/Drop-Off
- Tap on your profile on the screen and go to Help.
- Scroll down to All Topics.
- Select Help with a trip to report an issue related to a trip.
- Select the trip you have a concern to report on.
- Select Get Trip Help.
- Select More Options.
- Select Review my fare or fees.
- Select My pick-up or drop-off location was wrong.
- Select the issue you want to raise from the pre-populated options.
