This Rakshabandhan, thousands of Uber drivers across Rajasthan will be working hard to ensure that the residents of Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur do not have to worry about reaching their destinations. They will be sacrificing their own family-time on this auspicious day, and we want to do something to show our appreciation for their service. So read ahead to understand how you can do your bit, and get a free ride in the process:
How it works:
- Take an Uber ride on Monday (7 Aug 2017) in Jaipur/Jodhpur/Udaipur and take a selfie with your Uber driver
- Post the selfie on FB or Instagram with the hashtag #UberWaliRakhi (the visibility of the post should be ‘Public’)
- If possible, show your appreciation for the driver by gifting them a chocolate or any other small token
- The first 1000 riders in Rajasthan to post will get a guaranteed free ride (worth upto Rs 100) in their cities, on or before 14 August 2017
- For all the drivers featured in the posts, Uber will arrange a special surprise
Terms and Conditions:
- Only the first 1000 riders in Rajasthan will win the free ride, and any further decisions lie solely with Uber.
- The post on social media should be uploaded by 7 August 11:59 PM to be considered valid.
- Max 1 free ride per rider
