QR Code Campaign: Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is valid until 31/12/2022 and is limited in number. It can only be used by new users who have not signed up with the Uber application before. The promotion is valid only for the first 2 Uber Auto rides to be taken in Delhi and Bangalore.

2. The Offer is non-transferable or cannot be redeemed for cash. The promotion does not include tips, tolls and similar surcharges and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. 

3. If more than one promotion is defined in your account that can be used for the trip, the promotion code with the highest value will be applied first.

4. Uber reserves the right to make changes to the promotion conditions and to terminate the promotion at any time, as it deems necessary.

5. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our terms and conditions and/or community guidelines, we may suspend your account, and you will therefore not be eligible for this promotion; Other terms and conditions may apply
