Win a Brand new Suzuki Alto 800 in celebration of the last stretch of International Women’s month

To celebrate the last bit of International Women’s month, any woman driver-partner stands a chance to drive away with a brand new car.

Uber is giving away one car to the top female driver partner in Nairobi (the “Competition”).
The Competition will start on 12:01 AM Sunday, 1 April 2018 and end on 11:59 PM Saturday, 7 April 2018 (the “Competition Period”) and is open to female Uber driver partners who meet the criteria below (the “Participants”). The time zone is East Africa Time.
Employees of Uber, CMC Motors Group Limited, PKF Kenya, their affiliated companies, advertising agencies, gift suppliers or other representatives, or members of the respective immediate families of such employees and anyone with whom such employees are domiciled are ineligible to participate in the Competition.
To participate:
- You must complete at least 60 uberX and/or UberSELECT trips within the Competition Period; and
- You must complete at least 75% of all trips accepted during the Competition Period; and
- Only trips completed in Nairobi shall be considered for the Competition;
- Participants flagged for fraud or deactivated during the Competition Period will not be eligible to participate in the Competition;
- Participants flagged for dangerous or tired driving during the Competition Period will not be eligible to participate in the Competition. Driving when tired is highly discouraged.
- Car winners of past competitions or incentives shall not be eligible.
- There shall be one (1) winner in this Competition.
- The winner shall be female.
The winner shall be the top Participant who:
- meets the criteria set above;
- has the highest ratings for trips taken during the Competition Period. For the avoidance of doubt, only ratings for the trips that are completed during the Competition Period shall be considered; and
- has completed the highest percentage of trips accepted during the Competition Period.
The winner shall receive a fully paid Suzuki Alto 800 (the “Prize”). Any other additional costs that may arise as a result of the win shall be taken up by the winner, not Uber.
Uber shall contact the winner after April 11, 2018.
If the winner is not able to collect their Prize from Uber or its authorized agency within thirty (30) days of being notified, the reward shall be deemed forfeited.
The winner will have to provide Uber with proof of delivery including but not limited to the acknowledgement of receipt of the reward and a copy of the log book for the car.
Uber shall have the sole right, at its own discretion, to change the terms of the Competition by extending or shortening the Competition Period, alter any of the terms and conditions or otherwise stop or cancel the Competition without any requirement for advance notice to the Participants.
This Competition will not be valid in combination with any other offer from Uber.
