Your driver-partner will be super easy to identify upon arrival. When you request an Uber ride, you’ll always be given the first name of your driver-partner, their photo, the vehicle and its license plate number. They’ll have your first name too, so the start of your ride home will go without a hitch.

During the ride:

Simple things like hopping in the backseat to give yourself a little extra space can make the trip all the more relaxing. It also means that you can easily exit from either side of the vehicle if traffic or other obstructions block an exit, which, on a busy night in town, is probably quite likely.

After the ride:

You’re still able to get in touch with your driver-partner, should you need to, even after your trip has ended. This is useful if you feel as though you may have left an item in the vehicle. You’ll have 10 minutes after your ride has ended to contact your driver directly, otherwise, you can still get in touch with our CommOps directly through the app.
