Need help with something or just a general question? Whatever the problem, you can access the help function from the app or get information on the website at any time to resolve it. So, whether you’re a morning or night-person, you will always be able to reach us.

Getting started, or just curious?
If you’ve never requested a ride before with the Uber app or want more information about how Uber works, the Help page on the website is a good place to go. You can search by term or category to jump straight to the information you need. Info is also available on the Help section in the app, which you can access any time, any place.

Problem with the ride?
If anything happens during your ride, from being involved in an accident to having a rude driver, you can let us know quickly through the app and contact us for advice and solutions from our team. After a trip, you can immediately report any problems you have via the ride history section in the app.

Changing your account
If there’s anything you want to know about or change with your account, go to ‘Account and payment options’ in the app’s help menu. Here you can view your account details and ride history and change your settings or payment method quickly and easily.

Did you leave something in the car?
It can happen to anyone – you jump out the car, wave to your driver and promptly find out that your hat, bag or wallet is still in the car. It’s annoying, but fortunately you can get in contact with us directly via the app. We’ll put you in touch with the driver to work out a mutually-convenient time for you to collect it. If you’ve left your phone behind – scary, we know – then you can always use the website to reach us instead.
