What is Comfort?
Enhanced features
Comfort gives you newer, mid-sized vehicles with ample legroom and highly rated, experienced drivers so you can sit back and relax even more.

Set your service preferences
Choose from four temperature presets, and specify in advance whether you’d prefer to chat or not, directly from the app.
Pickup in your own time
We’re giving you a little extra time to get to your car when unexpected delays pop up. Meet your driver without stress, with up to 10 minutes before a cancellation fee is charged.

Door-to-Door Safety Standard
As with all our products, all cars active on the Uber platform in the Netherlands have mandatory dividers installed between the front and backseats to help protect passengers and drivers. We ask you to sit in the back seat to allow for more space between you and your driver.
