Fleet partners are business owners who can make their fleet available to deliver courier services via the Uber Eats platform.

As a business partner to Uber, fleet partners are required to upload a Business Register excerpt and ID documents of all shareholders who own more than 25% of the business (UBOs) to verify the legal representation of the company.

To obtain a registration at the Chamber of Commerce, please follow the steps below.

Register your business by filling out the appropriate forms for your chosen business form on the KvK website.

Plan an appointment with the Chamber of Commerce for identity verification and to complete your registration. You will receive your registration number right away.

You will receive your VAT registration number (Dutch: BTW nummer) from the Tax Authorities within 2 weeks of your registration.

Download your digitally certified Business Register excerpt (Dutch: Digitaal gewaarmerkt KvK Uittreksel Handelsregister) through the KvK website. A digitally certified copy has a digital signature and is legally equivalent to a paper excerpt.

Add your Business Register excerpt and ID documents of all shareholders who own more than 25% of the business to your Uber profile by following these steps:
