How to improve your Uber rider rating

Here you can check your Uber rider rating, which is calculated as an average of all the Uber ratings you’ve received (anonymously) from driver-partners, and it comes on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.

We use a rating system for passengers and drivers to help make sure that everyone on the Uber app treats each other with respect.

If you just got your feelings hurt, don’t worry! If you think you have a below average rating for Uber riders or want to know how to improve your Uber rating, we’ve put together a list of the most common causes of a low Uber rating, so you know what to avoid.

Always remember to request a ride only when you’re ready to go – make sure you’ve got all your belongings, have made that last dash to the bathroom and locked the front door! All good?
