The most popular place to start or end your ride?
We are an iconic app known around the world. Turns out the No. 1 spot we take you to and from in Taipei is also pretty famous: That’s right, it’s Taipei 101.
Total miles driven?
So far, our driver partners have clocked up 83 million miles. That’s the equivalent of more than 3,300 times around the globe.
How many people have we helped via uberASSIST?
Since we launched uberASSIST in late 2015, there have been nearly 5,000 trips on the service, each helping someone with a mobility challenge get around.
The busiest time for getting a ride?
The golden hour: between 10pm and 11pm on a weekend night.
What about Uber users from elsewhere?
We are helping tourists and travellers get around the island. Visitors from 73 countries have taken a ride in Taiwan.
