Introducing Trip Reviewers for improved oversight

    1. Navigate to the People section of your Uber for Business dashboard.
    2. Select a rider, click ‘Edit Details,’ and add the email address of an organization-approved reviewer. Note: The reviewer does not need to be a member of your Uber for Business account.

    Upon confirming their email address, the reviewer will receive weekly summaries of the rider’s Uber for Business trips.

  • Every Monday, the reviewer receives an email containing a report of all trips taken in the previous week. Upon clicking "Review Trips” in this email, these trips can be inspected to ensure they are within company policy.

  • If a trip looks like it may be out of policy, or you need more information, reviewers can “Request More Information” and prompt riders to provide more information about the specific trip, in the form of a free-text response. The rider receives a notification and is asked to resolve the question.
