No matter how careful you are, there’s a chance you’ll come across an emergency on the road, so you should be prepared for this situation.

If you’re involved in an incident, check that everyone involved is safe, and then contact emergency services.

Use the emergency assistance button so you can call directly from your app. Follow the instructions that emergency services give you while waiting for them to arrive.

In the event of an accident

You can get emergency assistance by using the in-app emergency button (blue shield) or you can report the accident in-app via the help centre.
