This ICC Cricket World Cup, the fans will win.

1. Tell me more about the ICC Cricket World Cup campaign launched by Uber? (General Overview): Uber riders can score runs & win prizes for every trip that they take with Uber! For every trip they take, these participants will score runs. Once they’ve reached the target runs for the week, they stand a chance of winning branded merchandise from Uber and the ICC Cricket World Cup!

2. When is the start and end dates of this campaign? The campaign is divided into 4 rounds. If you don’t reach the target runs for a particular round, you are not able to take part in the next one. The rounds and corresponding dates are as follows:  Round 1: 3 June – 9 June 2019; Round 2: 10 June – 16 June 2019; Round 3: 17 June – 23 June 2019; Round 4: 24 June – 30 June 2019

3. Am I eligible for this campaign? All eligible participants will be notified via email on 3 June 2019. If you did not receive an email on this date then you are not eligible to play.

4. How are the runs calculated ? Runs are scored on each trip that you take with Uber during the campaign period – assuming that you are still eligible to play (ie. you have not been knocked out due to not scoring the target runs)

5. Where can I see my runs scored? You can check the runs you scored the previous week in a weekly email sent on Tuesdays for the duration of the competition. This will also be posted in an in-app message in your app.

6. Can I view my daily runs scored? No, you can not view your daily runs scored. You can check the runs you scored the previous week in a weekly email sent on Tuesdays for the duration of the competition. This will also be posted in an in-app message in your app. You can use this scorecard to improve your performance each week and increase your chances of winning.

7. What are the prizes to be won? Each week, riders who take the target number of trips will go into a sweepstakes draw to win branded merchandise. There will be 4 rounds throughout the duration of the competition and riders will have from Monday to Sunday to qualify to win.

Once a rider scores the required runs for a specific round before its deadline, they automatically qualify for a chance to win. An algorithm/formula at Uber’s discretion will randomly select winners from all eligible participants who have fulfilled the criteria of scoring X runs. Only trips that are completed will be counted towards the total run score, Prize winners will be notified via email and asked to complete a short Google Form providing their shipping details. This form needs to be completed before the following dates:

Round 1: 17 June 2019

Round 2: 24 June 2019

Round 3: 1 July 2019

Round 4: 8 July 2019

In round 1 there are 400 prizes to win and in rounds 2-4 there are 200 prizes to win. Those who do not win a prize will be notified accordingly and will receive the discount promo code. Eligible for completed trips taken in South Africa only.

8. How frequently would be the winners announced? Winners will be notified via email on the following dates:

Round 1: 11 June 2019

Round 2: 18 June 2019

Round 3: 25 June 2019

Round 4: 2 July 2019

9. How do I win these prizes? How many trips should i target to complete to get these prizes? The trip targets for each week can be seen below:

Round 1: 35 runs to qualify

Round 2: 70 runs to qualify

Round 3: 120 runs to qualify

Round 4: 150 runs to qualify

10. How and When would I get to know that I have won a prize? If you win a prize, you’ll be notified via email and will be sent a short Google Form for our courier partner to collect your shipping details.

11. Is there any hidden charges/additional charges to be paid to receive the prize (any)? No, there are no charges to be paid to receive the prize.

12. Which Jersey would I receive? Can I choose a specific player’s jersey? You will receive an Uber jersey in the South Africa team’s colour. No, there are no specific player’s jersey.

13. Can I win the prizes in consecutive weeks? Yes, you can win each and every week if you qualify by scoring the target runs.
