Tips for finding the customer
When you leave the store, make sure to check the destination of your delivery. If the customer lives in an estate or a gated community, you can save time by asking them for the entry code if you need it to enter their location. Similarly, if the unit number is missing, it’s a good idea to ask the customer for it so you don’t have to stop your vehicle to ask for directions.
Customer request address change
If the customer wants to change their address, they should update it within the app so that their delivery fare can be adjusted accordingly. If the new address is within 5 kilometers, the fare for your trip will be updated appropriately.
