Pour devenir chauffeur professionnel indépendant en Suisse romande, vous devez obtenir au minimum un permis de conduire B121, mais également une carte VTC pour conduire dans le canton de Genève et/ou les autorisations cantonales dans le canton de Vaud.

1. Permis de conduire B121
Une étape importante pour pouvoir conduire avec l’application Uber est d’obtenir le permis professionnel B121.
2. Carte VTC
Dans le canton de Genève, vous devrez obtenir une carte VTC en plus du permis B121.
2. Autorisations cantonales de chauffeur et d'entreprise de transport dans le canton de Vaud
Dans le canton de Vaud, vous devez faire une demande d'autorisation cantonale de chauffeur ainsi qu'une demande d'autorisation cantonale d'entreprise de transport auprès de la police de commerce Vaudoise.
