Senior Partner Manager, Uber Direct

About the Role

  • Act as the primary liaison for key enterprise merchants, managing inquiries and providing consultative support.
  • Develop and monitor business strategies across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, adapting plans as needed.
  • Collaborate internally to spearhead new product development or process enhancements.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Own the growth strategy and planning for Direct account partners and drive the execution of the plan
  • Obtain and analyze merchant data to identify trends to achieve the growth strategy
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, understanding merchant needs and driving positive outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on feedback, trends, and insight from our partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to propel business advancement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, catering to business requirements.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing large enterprise accounts, preferably in the Retail or e-commerce sector.
  • Proven sales and commercial strategy expertise.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and key metrics and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with various stakeholders including C-level stakeholders and internal technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Logistics Supply Chain and SaaS background
