Important Changes to Pickups at Terminal 4 effective June 26, 2024 through September 2024
Effective June 26, 2024 at 12 PM ET, the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and John F. Kennedy International Airport will relocate pickups for Terminal 4 (T4) to the Remote Ride App & Car Services Lot from 12 PM to 2 AM daily through October 15, 2024 due to construction.
Terminal 4 pickups effective June 26, 2024: * 2 AM to 12 PM ET: All products permitted curbside in Zone A at T4 * 12 PM to 2 AM ET: Riders must take shuttle bus from Zone A to Remote Ride App & Car Services Lot to request a ride.
For Terminals 1 and 8, head outside from baggage claim and follow signs for “Ride App Pick Up” and “Ground Transportation”.
For Terminal 5, proceed to the AirTrain via the Skywalk on Level 4. Take the AirTrain and exit at Terminal 7. Follow signs for Ride App Pick Up to the Orange Lot. Request your ride once you have reached the Orange Lot Ride App Pick Up area.
For Terminal 7, follow signs for “Parking”, “Air Train” and “Ride App Pick Up”. Go to the Level 2 of the Orange Parking Garage by using the elevators in the Orange Parking Garage or by going to the Terminal 7 Departures level, exiting the terminal, and crossing the road to the Orange Lot.

Select your terminal and JFK pickup location as specified by the app. Please note: this location may not always be at your nearest exit.
Your driver’s name, license plate, and car color will show in the app. Verify your ride before you get in. If you can’t find your driver, contact them through the app.

- How do I cancel my Uber reservation from JFK?
You can cancel at no charge up to 60 minutes before your reservation pickup time. If you cancel after that, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee if a driver has already been confirmed. In order to cancel, go to your rides in the Activity section of the Uber app.
