Pickups at the airport
How pickup requests work
It’s easy to receive trip requests from riders leaving the airport. However, these trips work a little differently than other requests. There is a queuing system, where the first car that arrives will be first in line for requests.
Here’s how it works:
- When you are close to the airport, you will see a small plane icon in the map with a number on it. This number is reflecting the number of cars that are in front of you in line.
- Upon arrival, you’ll be placed in line for the next pickup — pickups work on a first-in, first-out basis (the app will let you know what number you are in the line)
- Once you receive a request, accept it and pickup your rider on the departures level at OSL
- If the airport is crowded, consider contacting your rider to confirm their exact location
Dropoffs at the airport
How drop-off requests work
At OSL, simply drop-off riders on the departures level. You will see signs for short-term parking on both departure and arrival level. In front of the departure hall you can also make a short stop for drop-offs, max 5 minutes.
