Performance Marketing Manager I, Paid Channels (Mobility)
About the Role
We seek a skilled and experienced Performance Marketer to support our paid channel strategy and execution for our Mobility vertical. You will help craft and implement the global performance marketing strategy across SEM, Display, Social and Affiliates. You will work closely with regional leads to ensure the strategy is adapted to local challenges and opportunities. You will have a crucial role in monitoring performance, quickly reacting to changes in market needs and ensuring we do what is needed to reach our goals.
What You'll Do
- Help build the paid channel strategy in collaboration with strategy & planning, operations, and Channel Excellence teams.
- Build tactical plans with campaign managers, setting the correct priorities for each market and enforcing a consistent approach to optimization and experimentation.
- Provide insights into how paid channels can address local marketing challenges, actively working with business stakeholders to understand their needs and coordinate joint projects.
- Proactively monitor and report on campaign performance and insights to internal and external stakeholders across business operations, acting as a bar raiser for all executional processes.
- Analyze consumer patterns such as app download trends, conversion rate, and competitor analysis to recognize media investment efficiency and advise on strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in performance marketing, specifically in building multi-channel and cross-channel strategies.
- Direct experience managing end-to-end Paid channel campaigns, with proven success optimizing conversion and ROI, and a strong understanding of measurement, including incrementality.
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in ROAS performance marketing framework with familiarity with AdTech and incrementality measurement approaches.
- A clear technical background. Can comfortably discuss attribution, measurement, and campaign optimization principles across all relevant levers.
- Direct experience managing two or more Paid channels (SEM, Social, Programmatic Display, etc.) and reporting cross-channel results.
- Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions. Be able to clearly explain action plans in technical and non-technical environments.
- Has a well-rounded and personal view of performance marketing, and can turn large business problems into action plans for Paid channels.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clear plans and outcomes.
- Organized with the ability to establish and communicate priorities within a complex organization. Can create a roadmap, not just execute one.
- Experience owning large Performance Marketing budgets.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
