How to Book Your Shuttle Ride
Request
Plan to reserve a seat on the most convenient shuttle. Enter your pick up and drop off location and select the ‘Shuttle’ option. Review your fare, choose your route and pickup time, then tap "Request."
Pickup
Track your shuttle to board just in time. Walk to the pickup spot shown on the map and arrive at least 5 minutes early. The driver will wait a maximum of 2 minutes. You will get real-time shuttle updates on your phone.
On Trip
Board the shuttle and seamlessly check in by scanning the QR on your phone. Enjoy a comfortable ride.
Drop-Off
Your driver will drop you at your designated location. Use the Uber app for walking directions to your final destination.

Yes, you can book your trip upto 7 days in advance.
- Why don't I see the Uber Shuttle option in my area?
This is because we don’t have a Shuttle serving your route at this time.
- Can I order a Shuttle from anywhere?
No, there are specific routes that we follow, and therefore your pick-up and drop-off points need to be near those areas.
- Operating hours?
Shuttle operates from 5:30 am to 9:30 pm (timing may differ by city). Check out our app for exact timings for your preferred route.
- Can I ride with a friend?
Yes, you can request up to 3 seats from your account. Once booked details will be reflected in the QR code.
- Is Uber Shuttle a door to door service?
No, you will need to walk to the pick-up point and wait for the driver to arrive. Walking directions will be provided within the Uber App. At the end of the trip, you will be dropped off to a drop-off point closer to your final destination.
