Healthcare Stipend
To help with your healthcare costs, Uber will now pay a quarterly healthcare stipend for California drivers and couriers with eligible number of active time and qualifying healthcare plan.
Injury Protection

The earnings guarantee, healthcare stipend, and occupational injury insurance benefits are only applicable for trips starting in the state of California in accordance with Proposition 22.
