TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES ESPECÍFICOS PARA LA SOLICITUD DE SERVICIOS DE TRANSPORTE VTC EN CATALUÑA, COMUNIDAD VALENCIANA, ISLAS BALEARES Y ARAGÓN(ESPAÑA) A TRAVÉS DE UBER

1. El presente documento tiene por objeto regular los términos y condiciones específicos que serán de aplicación cuando Usted solicite Servicios de Terceros consistentes en servicios de arrendamiento de vehículos con conductor (VTC) en las comunidades autónomas de Cataluña, Comunidad Valenciana,Islas Baleares y Aragón (España) a través de las aplicaciones o webs de Uber B.V.
2. Los Términos y Condiciones Generales de Uso - España de Uber B.V. serán de aplicación subsidiaria a los términos y condiciones contenidos en el presente documento.
3. Mediante la aceptación de estos Términos y Condiciones Específicos para la Solicitud de Servicios de Transporte VTC en Cataluña, Comunidad Valencia, Islas Baleares y Aragón a través de Uber, Usted estará concluyendo un contrato de transporte con duración de un año, renovable automáticamente por períodos de igual duración, con cada uno de los titulares de autorizaciones VTC incluidos en el Anexo a estos Términos y Condiciones. La legislación de estas Comunidades Autónomas exige un tiempo de espera entre dicha contratación del servicio y la prestación efectiva del mismo. Los titulares de las autorizaciones VTC incluidos en dicho Anexo han aceptado que los contratos de transporte antes referidos entre ellos y Usted surtan efecto en el momento en que Usted acepte estos Términos y Condiciones.

SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REQUESTING VTC TRANSPORT SERVICES IN CATALONIA, THE REGION OF VALENCIA,THE BALEARIC ISLANDS AND ARAGÓN (SPAIN) THROUGH UBER

We are Uber B.V., a limited liability company incorporated in the Netherlands, with registered office at Burgerweeshuispad 301, 1076 HR, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under number 56317441. You can contact us at help.uber.com.

1. The purpose of this document is to regulate the specific terms and conditions that will apply when You request Third Party Services consisting of vehicle with driver (VTC) leasing services in the autonomous communities of Catalonia, the Region of Valencia, Balearic Islands and Aragón(Spain) through Uber B.V.’s mobile applications or websites.
2. The General Terms and Conditions of Use - Spain of Uber B.V. shall be of subsidiary application to the terms and conditions contained herein.
3. By accepting these Specific Terms and Conditions for the Request of VTC Transportation Services in Catalonia, the Region of Valencia, theBalearic Islands and Aragón (Spain) through Uber, You will be concluding a transportation contract with a duration of one year, automatically renewable for periods of equal duration, with each of the holders of VTC authorizations included in the Annex to these Terms and Conditions. The legislation of these Autonomous Communities requires a waiting period between said contracting of the service and the effective rendering of the same. The holders of the VTC authorizations included in said Annex have accepted that the above-referred transportation contracts between them and You take effect at the time You accept these Terms and Conditions.
