Sweepstakes Period: Friday, December 18, 2015 from 12:00 am Hawaii Time until Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 11:59 pm Hawaii Time
Winners Announced: Monday, January 4, 2016 at 11:00 am Hawaii Time.
Age/Location Requirements: Uber users 18 years or older located in Maui, HI.
Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, you must enter by entering the MAUIBDAY promo code in the Uber App and completing a ride. Uber users may also enter by mail without obligation, by hand writing your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and the name of the Sweepstakes on a 4”x6” card and mail to: Uber Technologies, Inc., 615 Piikoi Street, #402, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, Attn: Maui 1-Year Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before the final day of the Sweepstakes Period and received on or before the last day of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries, both by riding on Uber and by mail, are unlimited
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: One (1) Individual and Guest will win vouchers from Mokulele Airlines valid for round trip airline travel from Maui to Honolulu. The Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $400.
